360 Social Leader Certification

 

Both the 360 Social Leader Survey and the 360 Social Leader Interview involve providing feedback on the tenets of Social Leadership using the Personal Narrative approach and creating thought-full development plans using the Social Leader Learning Arc approach to development. 

 

Typically the Social Leader Network provides expert staff to deliver feedback and work with individuals to create these development plans.  We also offer workshops to certify you and your staff in the use of these tools.
